Hi everybody, I am a day behind, and I really haven't written in a while, but I thought I would write about Wednesday because it was one of the best days of my life.
The morning was basically the same old boring stuff. Went to school. Did that. Quite boring. Then went to lunch. We had a debate about how to spell the word vacuum. We all said it was vacuum, but Lindsey was convinced that it was vacuume. So, I called Clairissa, and she confirmed that it was vacuum. We talked about other stuff too. Then I went to gym. Weight lifting. It was really hard after spring break. I guess all that sitting on the couch was bad for me. then I had spanish. it was a big yawn fest. but at least it is over.
This is where it gets good.
I took ryan's bike so that I could get home fast. I told Clairissa I would try to be at her house by 3:00. School ends at 2:45, and I needed a shower. So I basically killed myself trying to bike home at the speed of light. I got home, took shower, looked at clock, 2:53, a new record. But I didn't have time to celebrate. Suddenly realized that my mom wasn't in the house at all. And we needed to leave immediatley to get there on time. So, I called her cell phone, it rang about a million times, and then she finally picked up. She said she would be home in 5 mins, it was now 3:00. I went and sat in the front yard and waited. She got home at 3:04. I dove into the car, and we drove. We got to Clairissa's around 3:15. Her mom came out, and I went in to find my best buddy. I found her in the kitchen. She looked really good. She had just had pictures taken the other day, and they were on the table. She gave me one, and I put it in my wallet. (It's a really good picture) Then we went out and got in the car. We drove downtown to the big fancy denver arts center. We waited in line for quite a while at the ticket booth. I kept looking around for my english teacher, cuz she always seems to show up at plays that I am going to. Really weird. Anywho, we stood together in line for a really long time, and it was really fun just talking with Clairissa. We finally got our tickets and went down to the 16th street mall for dinner. We got on the bus that the mall has, and rode around looking for somewhere to eat. We decided on the Hard Rock Cafe. In fact, we decided right when we were at that stop. So while we were getting off, the doors were closing and the bus was going to the next stop. Naturally, I was unable to get back on the bus once the doors had closed, so I chased after the bus until the next stop. I actually kept pretty good time. Then we went to Hard Rock and sat by the Elvis wall. I was wearing my Twinkie shirt, and the waitress kept telling me how cool it was. (pretty much every time she came to the table). We ate. I had a bacon cheese burger. My mom said that I needed to adventure more. Then I left my Twinkie shirt as the waitress's tip. (It was too small anyway) I am planning on going to target over the weekend to buy some more shirts with random products on them. We rode the bus back to our stop, and I didn't have to chase it this time. Then we went inside.
The play was "The Merchant of Venice" It is an awesome good play for those of you who haven't seen it. (especially if you go with your best friend.) Go see it now. It's good. GO.
Then we got out of the play, and walked back to the car. And drove home. Clairissa, said that she acts slap happy when she is tired, but I thought she was cute. We got back to her house, and I had to say goodbye. Then my mom explained all about how it is possible to spend to much time with girls and that it is a big thing, and I need to be a gentleman. I told her that I always was a gentleman, and she could ask anyone. She said she knew. (but it was still really annoying) We got home. I sat on the computer and talked to Clairissa. Then I had to log off, so I talked to Clairissa on the phone. We talked till about midnight, and then I went to bed.
It was such a good day it almost felt like it was just a good dream. And that was just the basics, I left some part out.
